Vintage 1950s Frog Brooch is so cute! This is a great example of the beautiful costume jewelry work in the 1950s. Animal brooches (or pins) were very popular and are again now. Just think about the great work that goes into making these renditions of Mother Nature’s creatures.
This brooch is a nice size for a coat shoulder at approximately 2 1/2″ in length. Very nice enameling work in a beautiful green and pearl color on silver tone base. Unknown but clever jeweler!
