Description
This Royale Stratford Bone China Paperweight is in very good condition, considering its age and purpose. It does have some very tiny imperfections. Plus the base looks to have been re-glued to the flowers area. There is one small line on the underside of the dark pink flower but may be a production flaw. See photos for details.
It was made to be a paperweight but can be viewed as one of your collectibles of these dainty pieces of English bone china.
It is also heavier than a lot of these pieces and a bit larger at 4 1/2″ x 3″. If perfect, it would be priced much higher. It is so beautiful as it is because the imperfections aren’t noticeable unless one looks very closely.
