A Hartstone Vintage Pottery Teapot & Saucer that is part of the great Stars 1980s collection.
For instance, this piece is a good example of the fine pottery that comes from Hartstone Pottery. It is a blue and white vintage piece of the 1980s. Both pieces carry the Hartstone mark and intitial of the potter are on the bottom of both pieces.
The large teapot measures 6 1/2″ H, base is 4 1/2″D, and the widest diameter of the teapot is 18″ around. In addition, the set inludes a saucer measures 8″ in diameter.
Hartstone Pottery is the brainchild of Pat and Sharon Harts 0f New Jersey. They moved the plant to Zanesville in the 1980s where it still operates under the new owners, Ohio Stoneware.
